A free puppy pattern has been added at the Stitching Cards website. Children of 10+ should be able to stitch this (with some adult help and supervision). It is also a cute card for children to receive.
The design has been kept delibrately simple with wider spaced holes and more detailed stitching instructions. This should make it quick and easy to stitch.

This week’s card is called Bead Flowers and was made by Suemcmanus. This classy card was made using the Stitching Cards Bead Flower 9 pattern.
The concept of using green and gold thread with green and gold beads on a green background gives the card a sophisticated look. The gold “Best Wishes” greeting does not show well on the picture because it is picking up some of the background colour. However, I am sure it does show well on the actual card.
